It is time to honor the sun, embrace the energy of the season and celebrate summer solstice. Summer solstice marks the longest day and shortest night of the year so there is plenty to celebrate.

But not all of us have the time (or inclination) for dancing around bonfires and hosting a mass Solstice feast - as wonderful an experience as that may be. Instead, here are some easy ideas so you can celebrate summer solstice with quiet, meaningful and down to earth rituals.
